One Full-time Contract (18 months)As Technical Support you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the computer systems and networks within YSSN in a technical support role. Tasks may include providing first-level helpdesk function to help desk tickets, incoming calls and emails that are IT related. This requires working knowledge of Microsoft 365 enterprise administration including mobile device security within Endpoint management. This position will perform the onboarding and offboarding of staff members. Manage hardware assets including desktop, laptop computers, tablets, cell phones and related peripherals. Provide basic training related to the use of hardware, software and cyber security. Provide support to staff with regards to sharepoint and MS teams.This position requires some inhouse support days and travel to satellite offices to support staff if not possible over phone.Quick Apply
