You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment.

  • Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy;
  • Collaborate with Meadowbank operations teams;
  • Determine key supply chain key performance indicators (KPIs);
  • Provide solutions for process improvements;
  • Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions in a timely manner;
  • Training and performance evaluation of direct reports;
  • Collaborate with Finance and Operations to strategize and determine best vendors and distributors;
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with vendors.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or similar relevant field;
  • 5+ years of experience as a Warehouse General Supervisor or Manager;
  • Knowledge of supply chain management software (such as SAP MM, AP Modules, SAP Plant Maintenance, etc.);
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success;
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Suite applications especially Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
Note that the official working language at Meadowbank Complex is English.Your Work Schedule:
  • Schedule: 14 days of work, followed by 14 days for transportation and rest;
  • Accommodations and meals are provided on site at no cost to the employee. Agnico Eagle provides charter flights to and from the mine site and will accommodate to cover other travelling expenses according to your location of residence in Canada.
