Job DescriptionWe are looking for dynamic and passionate individuals to join our Golf Foodamp; Beverage Team.Available Opportunities Include:

  • SnackBar Server
  • Clubhouse Server
  • Oncourse Server
Note - preference will be given to those that our available for the full season (May-October 15th)Starting Rate: $16.55 per hourWe recognize tenure through our compensation. Hourly rates increase after six months, and yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $17.55.What you will be doing:
  • Daily Opening and Closing duties of the snack bar and beverage carts
  • Meal periods are Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
  • Function Help – occasionally assisting other departments in F amp;B
  • Group meals up to 150 people
  • Table set-ups, Buffet set-ups – arranging equipment
  • Attending the beverage cart stations on course
  • Have full knowledge of all food and beverage menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
  • Loading and Unloading of product to/from storage rooms
  • Maintain accurate billing, cash handling and float procedures
  • Driving the beverage cart on course. Serving Golfers
  • Basic maintenance of a wood burning fireplace (starting fire, stocking wood logs.. etc)
