Job Description

To expand our Sales Representatives team, AO Globe Life is seeking driven sales representatives. In addition to helping people safeguard their futures with life insurance solutions, this remote job gives you the opportunity to work from home, deliver exceptional customer care, and receive commission.What You #39;ll Be Doing:

  • Sales Support: Assist clients by explaining and selling life insurance products to meet their needs.
  • Customer Inquiries: Address customer questions about policies, coverage, and pricing, providing clear, accurate, and helpful information.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure client’s satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Follow-Up: Provide timely follow-up and ensure clients are satisfied with their insurance choices.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on insurance products and company offerings to provide the best recommendations.
  • Sales Targets: Help meet sales goals through cross-selling, upselling, and promoting additional insurance services.

  • Sales Experience: Previous sales experience, preferably in insurance, retail, or customer service (not required, but a plus).

  • Goal-Oriented: Ability to meet or exceed sales goals while delivering excellent customer service.
