Position: Service Support DirectorLocation: [Barrie, ON, Canada] (International Travel Required)Responsibilities:1. Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Service Support team to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align support services with the overall business strategy.2. Operational Excellence: Oversee the development and implementation of efficient service support processes. Ensure adherence to international standards and compliance with regulations.3. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing service support team. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.4. Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and expectations. Act as a primary point of contact for escalated client issues, ensuring swift resolution.5. International Coordination: Collaborate with regional teams to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery across international locations. Coordinate with other departments to streamline communication and optimize service support processes.Qualifications: Bachelor #39;s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; Master #39;s degree preferred. Proven experience in a leadership role within service support, preferably in an international trading environment. Strong understanding of international trade regulations and logistics.
