Through innovative tactics and a team-oriented approach, the brand manager will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness and enhancing customer engagement. This position is based in Montreal (Saint-Laurent) and reports to the Marketing Manager, Rheumatology.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and successfully implement a clear vision for the brand and position it in the market to differentiate it from competitors.
  • Formulate and deploy an omnichannel strategy to ensure an advanced customer experience across all touchpoints
  • Develop, implement and measure tactics aligned to strategies identified in the brand plan.
  • Articulate strategic objectives, brand positioning, key messaging, and tactical plans to internal stakeholders, the field sales team, and external agencies.
  • Work closely with brand team and external agencies to ensure a cohesive deployment of brand strategies.
  • Conduct and analyze market research to understand customer behavior, market trends, and competitive activities, and communicate findings to brand team and senior management.
  • Plan and develop sales promotional materials and coordinate in-field team meetings, such as national sales meetings.
  • Manage budget, analyze the return on investment for various marketing activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with Global, Areaamp; affiliate colleagues to optimize total rheumatology portfolio performance now and in the future.
