Position Overview The Technical Client Site Services Infrastructure Engineer will serve a client by going on-site to their location, serving as infrastructure support and on-site, responding to service tickets of the client’s requests or problems; resolves all infrastructure problems in conjunction with remote support teams; maintain all equipment with current patches and requirements; contacts and works with third-party vendors for warranty service repair and dispatch.
