The Business Process Owner holds a significant opportunity to develop the operations process and technology standards at SSENSE in an innovative, fast paced and collaborative culture. Reporting to the Senior Director of Network Planning, they will be responsible for building and optimizing our end to end operations processes across Supplier, Logistics and Transportation, Fulfillment Center, Retail and Studio functions by implementing and sustaining process standards across our end to end network. They will collaborate and partner with key decision-makers in the Operations Team, internal technology functions and subcontract partners to ensure a best-in-class fulfillment experience, setting a high standard for safety, customer experience, employee engagement, quality and cost. The immediate focus will be to support the launch of our state of the art automated Fulfillment Center and continued optimization of our studio operation in Montreal. These initiatives are the heart of a multi-million dollar automation and software investment program and are due to go live in fall 2022. The incumbent will ensure processes and technology standards are clearly defined ahead of our network expansion plans across North America, EU and Asia over the coming 1-3 years.Continuous Improvement (60%)
