Based in Ville St-Laurent, Québec, the buyer will report to the director of the Supply and Logistics Management Department. The buyer will work jointly with the team members and in direct contact with the Production and Engineering departments to meet deadlines.Your responsibilities

  • Place orders for equipment and follow up with suppliers.
  • Reconcile the disputed invoices according to the purchase orders.
  • Track complaints and non-conformities.
  • Maintain business relationships with suppliers.
  • Produce the necessary reports for the evaluation of suppliers.
  • See to the replacement of defective products.
  • Any other related duties associated with these responsibilities.
Your background
  • DCS in administration or bachelor #39;s degree in administration.
  • Knowledge of procurement.
  • Knowledge of SAP.
  • Advanced notion in computer tools (MS Office Suite).
  • Bilingualism (French and English) essential.
  • Demonstrate initiative, discipline, and meticulousness.
  • Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
