If such a workplace intrigues you, we hope you’ll join us.About the role:As a Bilingual Funding Officer, you will be responsible for reviewing applications and providing an uncompromising level of customer service to our Partners and Borrowers. This position reports directly to the Funding Operations Manager and will work closely with the rest of the Operations team.To be successful in this new role, you will need to be organized, detail-oriented and focused on customer service above all else. You are a team player, strong communicator and highly personable. You are comfortable multi-tasking in a high-pressure environment and holding yourself accountable for results. This is a fully remote, 6-month contract role starting asap.Working hours: 1:00 PM to 9PM PT, Monday to Friday.1-2 weekend shifts per month on average. What you #39;ll do:
