Position SummaryAs a Data Quality Assurance Administrator at Miovision, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our traffic signal configurations are accurate and ready for deployment. You’ll work with intersection topology and signal phasing data, following structured processes to input, review, and revise data before it’s released to customers. This is a detail-oriented role where precision matters - your work helps cities run more safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities

  • Configure intersection topology and phasing data according to Miovision’s standards and procedures.
  • Perform quality checks to catch and correct inconsistencies or errors.
  • Collaborate with teammates to resolve discrepancies and maintain high data quality.
  • Share feedback and suggestions to help improve team workflows and systems.
  • Support Team Leaders with process improvement initiatives and onboarding of new team members.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects and other Miovision deliverables as needed, offering insights and recommendations while working within established processes and guidelines.
  • Adapt and contribute to evolving business needs in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent, post-secondary education is an asset.
  • Familiarity with driving and basic traffic laws, providing helpful context for the intersection and signal data you #39;ll be working with
  • Experience following processes in quality-sensitive environments where accuracy and consistency were essential (e.g., data entry, QA).
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Clear, concise communication and a collaborative mindset
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • A humble, curious attitude and willingness to learn
  • Available to work core hours aligned with the Pacific Time Zone
