We’re looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer with a minimum of 3 years experience as a CFO or virtual/fractional CFO to join our growing fun team. As the ideal candidate you are already experienced with SaaS Metrics, Fundraising and Forecasting and are eager to join a company of like-minded professionals.You are the type of person who roles up your sleeves and enjoys getting into the numbers.You are very comfortable with bookkeeping software and easily able to pull reports, but also prefer to delegate this work to your colleagues (Controller/Bookkeeper). • Co-creating financial plan/budgets for clients, and producing monthly variance reports
• Confirming Key Performance Indicators to drive greater performance
• Creating data rooms for supporting clients through due diligence
• Produce reports that help business owners better understand their financial performance
• Supervise support staff as well as mentoring and coaching.

At numbercrunch we value experience over education. Your strength is your hands on financial leadership experience including:

• 3+ years experience as a CFO for one or more technology companies
• 3 years+ prior experience as a Controller for a small to medium sized business
• Experience with SaaS including SaaS Metrics (KPIs)
• Experience with Cap Tables
• Experience with IRAP, FedDev and other grants.
• Due Diligence on fundraising or M amp;A
• Accounting diploma or University Degree. We recognize skills over designations and respect international training achievements. Accounting designation not mandatory.
• Previous supervisory experience (minimum 3 years)
• Experience working with cloud-based accounting software
• Experience with financial modelling
• Solid technical accounting skills
• Very strong excel skills (must know how to use pivot tables at minimum)
