Our major services include PC repair and trouble shooting; remote and onsite IT support for network and firewall; website design and development. Were seeking a Business Information System Analyst to join in our team to be responsible for various project related activities.Job duties:- Confer with clients to identify their needs and requirements- Design, develop and implement information systems business solutions- Analyze and review information systems processes, and propose customized solutions to improve performance and efficiency- Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, security and service delivery- Translate business requirements into easily understandable functional and technical requirement documents.- Create and maintain detailed process and solution documentation, including workflows, user guides, and training materials- Lead the testing effort, both functional and business user acceptance testing. This includes development of test strategy, test cases and test scripts, test data, etc.- Participate in training sessions and knowledge transfer activities for end users and team membersSkills- Proficiency in Python, Java, Shell Scripting for automation tasks- Experience with VMWare, Windows, Linux operating systems- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools- Familiarity with cloud services- Ability to troubleshoot VPN connectivity issues- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesSalary: $27-$32/hour for 35 hours/week (to be negotiated)Work Experience: 2-3 years hands-on IT or systems business analyst experience; experience with web development (JavaScript) and experience with software development will be the assetsEducation: A bachelor #39;s degree in computer science, information systemsApplication deadline: 2024-10-23Send your resume/cv to:
