Job Description

We’re growing! And looking to welcome an enthusiastic and energetic individual to join our team for the position of Residential Painter located in Bedford, Nova Scotia! This full-time position is ideal for someone who enjoy hands-on work and interacting with people!What you #39;ll be doing:

  • Supporting the daily operations of our residential properties by assisting with light cleaning and minor repairs.
  • Plastering, sanding and painting inside residential units, common areas and hallways.
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently.
  • Contributing to operational excellence through tasks being completed within Skyline standards, and in line with all applicable provincial legislation including Occupational Health and Safety Act, Residential Tenancies Act, and the Human Rights Act.
What we look for:
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills required.
  • Ability to demonstrate enthusiasm and energy.
  • Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize workflow and remain detail oriented.
  • High School Diploma or Five (5) years work related experience.
  • Experience in safe work practices per the Act Respecting Occupational Healthamp; Safety.
  • Ability to follow safe work practices and make proper use of CSA approved protective equipment and safety information supplied to the property.
