Company Description: Saysi is an IT company located at Bedford to provide IT solutions for companies and individuals across a variety of industries. Our major services include PC repair and trouble shooting; remote and onsite IT support for network and firewall; website design and development. WeÂ’re seeking a Business Information System Analyst to join in our team to be responsible for various project related activities.Job duties: - Confer with clients to identify their needs and requirements - Design, develop and implement information systems business solutions- Analyze and review information systems processes, and propose customized solutions to improve performance and efficiency- Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, security and service delivery- Translate business requirements into easily understandable functional and technical requirement documents.- Create and maintain detailed process and solution documentation, including workflows, user guides, and training materials- Lead the testing effort, both functional and business user acceptance testing.
