Now, we want a full-time conference services manager to join our team, who will plan and organize various conference activities and other events according to the restaurants strategies and marketing plans to attract more customers.1. Plan and organize various conference activities according to the restaurants strategy and marketing plan to meet the strategic goal. 2. Direct the onsite work of the team members, responsible for order management, venue maintenance, traffic guidance, etc.3. Coordinate and handle unexpected events during the conferences, develop response plans, and avoid affecting the regular progress of the events.4. Supervise the team members, clarify the responsibilities of team members, and assign tasks to ensure the conferences can be implemented successfully.5. Determine the themes and onsite arrangements for food exhibitions and conferences to ensure that the activities concepts/topics conform to the restaurants brand positioning and attract more customers.6. Prepare an activity budget, including the cost of venue rental and procurement of necessary materials such as props, audio and lighting, and arrange funding expenditures.7. Manage and maintain relationships with all internal restaurant services and external vendors who support conference operations.8. Responsible for the team members recruitment and training activities.9. Evaluate and summarize the execution process of the conferences and exhibitions, providing practical experience and strategies for future restaurant activities.10. Coordinate with marketing teams to design publicity plans, determine publicity channels, and prepare promotional videos for conferences and exhibitions.11. Perform administrative duties such as preparing proposals, completing reports, and scheduling customer appointments.12. Act as a representative to participate in the conferences and various activities of the restaurant.Job Requirements:1. A college diploma is required.2. Three years of experience in a similar position is required.3. Excellent communication skills with outstanding time management and relationship maintenance ability.4. Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask.5.
