Job Description

Mister Transmission is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position will have prior automotive industry experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. A successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, the ability to work independently and in a team environment, and a high attention to detail.Responsibilities:

  • Work with Front Counter Assistant to answer phones and book appointments.
  • Greeting each customer and walking around their car before service Re-walk car with customer after completed work and thoroughly explain what work has been done
  • Monitor inventory of vehicle parts and work with other store employees to ensure parts are ordered when needed.
  • Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
  • Prioritize required services, and be prepared to provide options upon request
  • Keep customer informed on completion times, estimates, and possible changes
  • Ensure customer has a positive experience
  • Know the product well enough to answer characteristic and operational questions regarding the customer’s vehicle
  • Selling recommended service work to each client based upon mechanics diagnosis
  • Provide information about the products and services Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per yearBenefits:
