We’re seeking a Senior Living Associate to join our Cedar Springs PARC team in North Vancouver.About working at PARCPARC communities are home to active seniors; inspiring spaces where aging adults come to live well and engage with a vibrant community of like-minded people. PARC gives residents the freedom to live independently, while nurturing their physical and mental well-being.As a Senior Living Associate, you represent our values and offerings. Assisting and reporting to the Senior Living Specialist, the Senior Living Associate will execute plans to achieve and maintain full occupancy of PARC residences. This includes:

  • Collaborating with the community’s General Manager and Senior Living Specialist on sales strategies and activities that maximize occupancy at all times.
  • Conducting scheduled and unscheduled tours for prospective residents, families, guests and other visitors.
  • Participating in PARC’s cross-referral sales program to generate qualified leads across residences.
  • Collaborating on and hosting presentations, events, open houses and in-person sales activities as directed by the Senior Living Specialist.
  • Assisting in Community Outreach programs and events to entice new lead generations and represent the PARC brand

At PARC Retirement Living we understand the importance of immunization to protect our residents, team members and visitors from COVID-19.
