AGI Envirotank is a rapidly growing Saskatchewan company who is a leading manufacturer of above and below ground steel storage tanks for both shop built and field erected applications.We are currently looking for an experienced Yard Man that will also assist and oversee Shipping/Receiving. Previous experience in logistics, ideally within the manufacturing environment.The successful applicant will possess a Class 1 truck driver license with a clean driver’s abstract, be experienced in hauling over-dimensional loads. Must be willing to do shop work when not driving or Shipping/Receiving. Must possess excellent organizational skills and computer skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast paced environment while paying attention to detail.Responsibilities include:· Operating HD Equipment, Forklifts, movers, tractors, aerial platforms, etc.,· Controlling traffic of machinery & equipment within the facility yard· Moving Tanks and equipment to designated locations· Mechanical Experience· Hauling Class 1 truck loads within SK and neighbouring provinces· Experience hauling Over-size loads· Determine method of shipment for goods· Compare and select shipping quotes for our tanks· Oversee and assist in loading and unloading of goods, pack goods to be shipped· Assist in preparing Bills of Lading and other shipping documents· Route goods to appropriate storage areas· Assist in scheduling distribution of goods· Supervise material handlers & helpersApplicants must be a Canadian Citizen or permanent resident.
