Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor of Nursing Degree with a minimum of two (2) years directly related experience
  • Other combinations of nursing education and experience may be considered
  • Active practicing CRNM membership
  • A valid drivers license and vehicle required
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and schedule staff in a unionized environment
  • Demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills required
  • Demonstrated sound organizational skills required
  • Mental and physical ability to meet the demands of the job required
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain positive interpersonal relationships required
  • Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking skills required
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as a team member required
  • Computer experience an asset
  • French-language skills an asset.
