We have small crews dedicated to a single piece of equipment - our state of the art CT rigs. Our utilization rates are high, which means there’s rarely a dull moment. Teams work on a variety of job types including high pressure (10K/15k) operations, mast and conventional units, milling and coil completions and they are responsible for operating the equipment and rigging in and out.At STEP we we use the word professional to describe all of our employees.
