If you are energetic, hardworking, and seeking long-term commitment, we want to hear from you!We are looking for Night Shift team members for our Forming, Rebar, Stripping, Pouring, and Patching crews. These positions will be situated full-time in our manufacturing plant in Blackfalds. The successful candidate will be physically fit with the ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs. They will be required to learn tasks related to the production of precast products to assist multiple crews in the manufacturing shop. Must be willing to work evening/night shifts.Job Description

• Assist with the production of a variety of precast projects
• Cleaning, reinforcing, pouring, framing, and other tasks related to the production of precast
• Prepared to work hands-on and receive on-the-job training
• Follow directions and work with a crew or independently
• Safely operate a variety of power and hand tools
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
• Troubleshoot problems and report to foremen or supervisor

Assets

• Basic understanding of construction principles

Requirements

• Available to work evening and night shifts
• Minimum 44 hours per week, must be flexible and willing to work overtime
• Occasional Saturday shift required
• Must be physically fit to perform demanding work for extended periods of time
• The ability to lift at least 50lbs and be comfortable with heights with proper safety restraints
• A basic understanding of construction principles is considered an asset
• The ability to work under minimal supervision
• Must be punctual and reliable
• Valid class 5 license and reliable transportation to drive to the shop every day
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail

• Local to central Alberta or willing to relocate to central Alberta
• Must be eligible to work in Canada. Currently, we are unable to sponsor international candidates.
