  • Hydraulic troubleshooting experience an asset
  • Fluid pumping experience an asset
  • Caterpillar, Cummins and/or Detroit engine, Allison transmission experience an asset
Rotation: This position requires 15 shifts on and 6 shifts off rotation working away from the service center outdoors in all weather conditions. The successful candidate will be required to maintain a residence within one hour of our Service Center while on shift to accommodate any shop time required to support our operations.Safety focus: We live and work by an always safe-always professional mindset (ASAP).Our maintenance professionals put on a STEP Energy Services hardhat each day, and then get to work facing new challenges. They are constantly considering the safety implications of every decision; they know trust is something you create; they see complex problems as a chance to grow their skills, and they understand how the dedication they bring to the job site opens possibilities for the whole business.Our Coiled Tubing maintenance professionals work on transport trailers, CT units, CT injectors, pressure pumping equipment, tractors, trailers, and cranes. They are expected to repair and maintain the equipment in accordance with our processes and support operations by offering advice and best practices. Our equipment is state of the art and purpose built; the programs that maintain it focus on preventative maintenance, and data driven sampling.
