If you are energetic, hardworking, and seeking long-term commitment, we want to hear from you!We are looking for Night Shift team members on our Forming, Rebar, Stripping, Pouring, and Patching crews. These positions will be situated full-time in our manufacturing plant in Blackfalds. The successful candidate will be physically fit with the ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 40lbs. They will be required to learn tasks related to the production of precast products to assist multiple crews in the manufacturing shop. Must be willing to work evening/night shifts.Job Descriptions

• Assist with the production of a variety of precast projects
• Cleaning, reinforcing, pouring, framing, and other tasks related to production of precast
• Prepared to work hands on and receive on-the-job training
• Follow direction and work with a crew or independently
• Safely operate a variety of power and hand tools
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adhere to all company safety policies and procedures

• Troubleshoot problems and report to foremen or supervisor

Requirements

• Available to work evening and night shifts (24-hour manufacturing plant)
• Must be flexible and willing to work overtime
• Occasional Saturday shift required
• Must be physically fit to perform demanding work for extended periods of time
• Basic understanding of construction principles considered an asset
• The ability to work under minimal supervision
• Must be punctual and reliable
• Valid class 5 license and reliable transportation to drive to the shop everyday

• Local or willing to relocate to central Alberta
• Must be eligible to work in Canada
