Career Opportunity – Kitchen AssistantSince 1920, Crowsnest Pass Golf Club (CNPGC) has offered spectacular mountain golf in a relaxed atmosphere. The Club has just completed an exciting renovation project including 11 new golf holes, irrigation system, practice facilities, clubhouse, and maintenance facilities. Planning for the renovation of the remaining holes is underway and this work will be scheduled over the next 5 years. CNPGC is committed to providing excellent playing conditions and good value to our members and guests, with a respectful and enjoyable workplace for our staff.We are currently seeking Kitchen Assistants to join our team. Reporting to the Executive Chef, the Kitchen Assistant will be key to the overall success of all services and weekly/contract events that will be hosted at the Clubhouse Restaurant and the Tecumseh & Big Bear Lodges. Consistency and efficiency will be key skills required to execute preparation lists, organize and/or maintain work loads, cleaning and storage schedules, as well as contribute to the overall cleanliness and safety of the workplace. The capability to work efficiently under pressure and as a team or individually is necessary for this position.This is a part-time hourly position with the ability to become full-time hourly. Applicants must be available to work flexible schedules based on service demands. Integrity, a positive attitude, commitment to service, and strong hands-on work ethic will be key attributes for success in this role.
