This role involves formulating, mixing, and dispensing medications while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and quality assurance.Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and compound medications in accordance with prescriptions and established protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to compounding.
  • Perform quality control checks on compounded products to verify accuracy and safety.
  • Maintain accurate records of compounding activities and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to determine patients #39; unique medication needs.
Requirements
  • Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure as a pharmacist in the relevant province or state.
  • Knowledge of compounding techniques and regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
