Job Description

Plainsman Mfg. Inc. is looking to hire a Phosphatingamp; General Laborer for the Day Shift!Important: Apply in PDF formatting.Hours: Monday to Friday; 8am - 4:30pm.Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Phosphating.
  • Assembling parts.
  • General clean-up.
  • Inventory counts.
  • Deliveries, and pickups as needed.
Secondary Responsibilities:
  • Miscellaneous tasks as requested by supervisor or manager.

  • We have an in-house engineering department and a full-service manufacturing facility that enables us to respond efficiently to customer and industry needs.

  • High School Diploma or student.
  • Ability to read and write English.
  • Physically able.
  • Follow written and verbal procedures as well as be able to clearly document their own work.
  • Able to prioritize and make decisions using lean, risk, customer needs, and Plainsman #39;s core values.
  • Work with a team (conflict resolution, collaboration).
  • Able to assemble multiple Plainsman product categories without supervision.
  • Troubleshoot small issues and make corrections.
