Roles and responsibilities to include:Learn Tenant Representation best practice and develop skills to effectively implement to ensure consistent, best practice service delivery for client requirements per Cushman & Wakefield standards.Effectively work as a team player within the Tenant Advisory Group supporting and effectively working with colleagues to achieve all group targets and deliverables.Both lead and assist in project implementation for Tenant Advisory assignments. These transactions will be both sourced locally in the Japan market and working with Cushman & Wakefield global and regional clients.Maintain a high level of client satisfaction for transactions and accounts you are working on.Act as account manager and single point of contact for client accounts assigned to you managing all aspects of the relationship and transaction(s) including strategy, consulting, research and implementation of real estate requirements for Japan.Conduct business development activities to source and close local Tenant Representation assignments.Build and maintain a network of contacts in the market including landlords, consultants and other relationships.Proactively manage accounts and work to cross-sell other service lines and develop new business from the existing accounts.Include Project Management expertise and colleagues in client meetings and look for Project Management cross-sell opportunities.Other ad-hoc projects and services as the Company may reasonably determine.Work may include both domestic and international business travel.Cushman & Wakefield provides equal employment opportunity.
