As an Intermediate Architectural Technologist/Intern Architect, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and grow your career in a collaborative, team-based environment. You will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining exposure to a wide range of projects in multiple sectors, including transit, commercial, education, healthcare, and federal.Primary Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the project team to prepare conceptual designs, presentations, design development, and construction documents for a variety of projects.
• Assist in integrating multi-disciplinary input into the design process, including working with specialists in areas such as traffic engineering, transportation safety, stormwater management, geotechnical engineering, and environmental/ecology.
• Support the preparation of presentation materials and renderings for client and public consultations.
• Provide assistance with contract administration services and/or construction inspection as needed.
• Participate in internal and external professional development opportunities to continue building architectural knowledge and skills.
• Contribute to the creation of written materials, such as proposals, design briefs, meeting reports, and other non-drafting tasks related to the architectural design process.
• Assist with design development and reviews for ongoing projects.
