Job Description

North Corridor Co-op is hiring a Home Center Centre Manager at our Home Centre in Boyle, Alberta.Who we are:Co-op does business differently.   • To prepare, administer and be responsible for sales, margin, expenses, inventory and SPEH of the Home Centre.
  • Ensure all staff adhere to Co-op standards regarding merchandising, signage, staff appearance, housekeeping, image, Health & Safety and Loss prevention,
  • Assist and in lead marketing efforts, adhere to advertising standards and create innovative marketing plans.
  • Prepare the annual budget and ensure claims, invoices and other paperwork is done timely, accurately and meets policies and procedures.
  • To be focused on all areas of our business including hardware, building materials, feed and animal health, and lubricants.

  • 1-3 years of supervisory experience
  • Retail experience in the home and agro related products will be considered an asset
