Job Description

Job type:20-30 Hours/ WeekSeasonal. The right candidate will be given a chance to extend on a casual basis after completing a 2 month probationary period.Welcome to Earth to Embers!We are an independent, family owned and operated cannabis retail store in Boyle, Alberta. With the busy Summer months coming quickly, we are looking to grow our team.Question - Do YOU:

  • Prioritize customer service
  • Have experience and enjoy working with a team or individually
  • Have a passion for the Cannabis Industry
  • Have the drive to educate and guide new and current customers
If the answer is yes, WE WANT YOU!Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a sales advisor or another customer service/sales role
  • Experience in handling cash and utilizing POS system
  • Patient and comfortable dealing with customer questions and complaints
  • Clean criminal record check
  • 3 professional or character references
  • Must be able to work evenings and weekends - Sundays and Mondays will be required as part of your regular weekly shift
  • Have or willing to get QCW certification/sell safe
