Job DescriptionReporting to the Associate Vice President, Hospital Information Systems (HIS), the Director, HIS Project Control, will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the integrated project schedule and budget, in addition to managing the integrated issue, risk, and decision logs, to support the implementation of the HIS.Overseeing the project management, human resources and infrastructure portfolios, they will provide strategic oversight and support the implementation of the HIS. Leading a team of experts, the Director will manage the planning, development and execution of the HIS infrastructure configuration and technical readiness, including the device strategy planning and rollout.The Director will work closely with their HIS colleagues, as well as business partners for financial reporting, human resources, communications and overall project progress reporting. Collaboratively, the Director will work extensively across departments, partnering with clinical operations and technical teams to align digital initiatives with the organization’s broader goals. The Director will ensure that solutions are developed with a focus on the clinicians #39; perspective.Accountabilities:
