In this role you will support all real estate initiatives nationally and be involved in seeking out potential markets and store opportunities, negotiations, analysis, project management, and working with both our internal and external stakeholders! Job DescriptionIn this role you will:

• Provide leadership, coaching and direction to the Real Estate Team to ensure that all personal and departmental objectives are met
• Identify and evaluate potential stores in each market (new, relocation, expansion, conversion) and make recommendations on locationsamp; size.
• Negotiate all real estate deals including new storesamp; distribution centers.
• Work closely with both the company Legal Counsel and Landlords to effectively negotiate and manage all leases, offers to lease, renewals, letters of intent, estoppels, affidavits, amendments, etc.
• Oversee construction/build out projects and ensure that all milestones, timelines and budgets are maintained and met by tracking and reviewing all assigned real estate plans
• Oversee and guide all property maintenance initiatives and projects
• Monitor local and national real estate activity
• Identify opportunities and make recommendations to management

QualificationsThe Qualifications and Experience we like to see:

• University/College Degree in Business, Real Estate or related discipline
• Must have at least 5 years #39; experience in Real Estate, ideally in a corporate retail environment
• Previous construction management experience is an asset
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and ability to effectively negotiate with diplomacy and tact
• Demonstrated experience in leading and/or managing a team, project management, building and developing strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, time management, presentation and analytical skills
