Your ContributionAs a Geotechnical Engineer, this candidate will work in collaboration with the Geotechnical Department, report to the Team Lead, and support a wide variety of projects. This role will primarily be, but is not limited to: Conducting and leading geotechnical engineering designs, managing project schedules and budgets, preparing proposals and cost estimates Writing and/or reviewing geotechnical reports, specifications, and other deliverables related to a variety of geotechnical projects Designing project specific field investigation programmes and laboratory testing programmes to meet the deliverable requirements Conducting Slope stability analysis and geotechnical designs to meet the regulatory requirements for Conservation Authorities and other government agencies Fostering client relationships throughout the project life cycle Your ProfileP. Eng. License with Professional Engineers of Ontario with about 5 to 8 years of experience in geotechnical engineering Excellent communication skills (oral and written) Valid G class driver #39;s licence; comfortable driving within and outside the GTA Strong collaborative and independent working skills Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills; experience report writing Demonstrated interest and sensitivity towards occupational health and safety Comfortable with occasional out of town travel for project related works as required Proven commitment to providing excellent client service and enjoy working in a team environment and independently Qualifications:P.
