Job Title: Pre-Press and Order Fulfillment SpecialistCompany: Plastic Staffing Inc.Location: Brampton, ON, CanadaContract Details: Full-time, permanentOur client in Brampton, ON is a leading supplier of plastic packaging solutions and are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pre-Press and Order Fulfillment Specialist to join their team in Brampton, ON.As a Pre-Press and Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of customer orders and the preparation of print-ready files for production. You will work closely with our sales, production, and shipping teams to ensure that all orders are fulfilled to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:- Receive and review customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness- Prepare print-ready files for production using Adobe Creative Suite- Collaborate with sales and production teams to ensure timely delivery of orders- Communicate with customers regarding order status, changes, and any issues that may arise- Maintain accurate records of all orders, including pricing, shipping, and invoicing information- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing department to ensure timely procurement of materials- Assist with quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications- Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during the pre-press process- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient workflowQualifications:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a pre-press or order fulfillment role- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment- Knowledge of printing processes and materials is an asset- Experience with ERP systems is an asset- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.Our client offers a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and development within their company.
