As a Product Analyst, you will be part of a diverse, collaborative, and agile team that is constantly pushing what is possible with our processes, skills, and systems. You will be supporting the design, development, configuration, integration, testing, implementation and stabilization of our Supply Chain systems. You are excited to work with passionate and enthusiastic members, and will collaborate with our business partners to deliver creative solutions to meet their needs. #LI-Hybrid What You’ll Do:

  • Connect and partner with team members, external teams, business partners and vendors in supporting the end-to-end delivery of sound and sustainable functional designs for solutions to business user stories.
  • Deliver complete and fully functional solutions, perform unit testing, and demo the solution to our business partners.
  • Supporting a variety of teams during key testing cycles and go-lives, answering questions and resolving issues quickly and efficiently, minimizing or preventing downtime.
  • Ensure that solutions are delivered with high quality, on time, within budget and in alignment with our overall processes and standards.
  • Create and maintain clear and concise supportive documentation for technical and functional designs.
  • Drive to completion root cause analysis with an action plan to address the issue, and supporting our organizational stability and change processes.
What you Bring:
  • Enthusiastic and relentless pursuit of learning, continuous improvement of solutions, processes, skills and teamwork. Ability to apply SDLC processes within an Agile framework.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment by being organized, driven and a proven multi-tasker.
  • Experience working with Supply Chain systems for 1+years. Knowledge of warehouse management applications or supporting devices, and warehouse automation systems is an asset.
  • Comfort using Oracle SQL.
