Job Description

Pearl Builders Group is a commercial and residential real estate project management company. With over 20 years of experience amongst the senior management, Pearl Builders delivers a wide variety of projects. We manage projects from construction to property management encompassing a complete design/build. Our work ranges from the management and development of complete new builds, refurbishments and fit-outs for Companies.Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for homeowners after the sale, addressing inquiries related to site finishes, interior design, and overall aesthetics.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners post-sale, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure all site finishes meet company standards and homeowner expectations and Investigate and resolve any concerns or defects related to interior finishes, including paint, flooring, cabinetry, and fixtures.
  • Work closely with construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure any post-sale issues are addressed effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service requests, and resolutions, ensuring all information is accurately logged in the CRM system.
  • Conduct follow-up calls and visits to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback on their home-buying experience.
  • Provide guidance to homeowners on maintaining their interior finishes.
Requirements
  • High school diploma required; a degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service, after sales support, or construction-related roles, particularly in interior finishes, is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in interior design, home décor, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of interior design principles and trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in design software and CRM tools is a plus.
  • Organized, detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple leads and maintain accurate records.
