The ideal candidate will have a casual dining experience. As a Server/Bartender, you will be the master of situational service, tailor your style to meet the needs of the guests, and build relationships at the bar.Responsibilities:

  • Lead the guest experience at the table and ensure our guests have everything they need, from appetizers to desserts.
  • Responsible for the accuracy of the entire order as well as maintaining a positive and guest focused attitude through the entire experience.
  • Mix up cocktails and pour drinks for all of our guests.
  • Ensure that our most important people, our guests, have an excellent experience from start to finish.
  • Dedicated to serving our guests perfect drinks, building relationships at the bar through conversation and situational serving.
  • Demonstrate and believe in championing a fun and safe work environment and contributing to a thriving workplace culture.
  • Handle payments and anticipate the guest expectations by offering on-going and upcoming promotions and utilizing bar and food knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Casual dining and bartending experience: 1 year (required)
  • Smart Serve, SIR or equivalent (required).
  • Achieve goals through strong organizational skills and effective time management.
  • Ability to follow cocktail recipes accurately.
  • Effectively communicates, sharing goals, and challenges.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
