As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled Wire Machine Operator to join our dynamic team.Position Overview:We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Wire Machine Operator to contribute to the production of high-quality air filtration products. As a Wire Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring the efficient operation of wire machinery to meet production goals and maintain the highest standards of quality.Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate wire forming machinery to produce components for air filtration products.
  • Set up and calibrate machines according to product specifications.
  • Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed.
  • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet established standards.
  • Collaborate with the production team to meet production targets and deadlines.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the manufacturing process.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Wire Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with wire machinery operations and maintenance.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of machine controls.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to lift/move heavy materials when required.
Education and Training:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Additional technical or vocational training in machine operations is a plus.
