Westman Aerial Spraying Ltd. a wholly owned subsidiary of Heritage Co-op 1997 Ltd. is currently recruiting seasonal Aerial Mix Crew Members.This position will support aerial application activities in an accurate, prompt, and safe manner. The successful candidates will be responsible for accurately preparing crop protection products in a safe and efficient manner for aerial application aircraft. Aerial mix crew members must follow established procedures for loading products and servicing aircraft, as well as ensuring safety at work. Defensive, safe, courteous driving habits are also a key responsibility.The successful candidates shall possess good interpersonal and communication skills as well as the ability to work both independently and as part of a Team. Applicant must be able to follow methodical ways of doing things as well as assume responsibility to follow through on details.
