Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots and repairs computer systems, hardware and peripherals
Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems
Identifies, analyzes and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed
Performs a variety of complicated tasks
On-site software support
Repair of high-end printers and multi-function devices
Hardware repair and software restoration at server component level
Network device replacement/configuration
Basic network troubleshooting
Candidate should have experience with Preventative Maintenance initiatives
Candidate should display a high level of competency for time management and ticket handling
Experience with inventory management, incident response, and reporting
Candidate should be able to work independently, as well as part of a team
Experience with IT support in an airport environment or Transportation industry an asset
Deploy equipment (including: computers, displays, keyboards, printers, hand-held scanners, and other peripheral devices)
Deliver paper / ribbons / toner and reload if required, responding to print and AV incidents;
Perform preventive maintenance of clients assets (including inspection, basic testing, adjustments, cleaning, upgrading software/firmware, and arrange repair as necessary)
