Each of our employees is committed to uphold our tradition of care, quality, and passion through food, and together, we foster an environment where we can all make contributions that matter–from our manufacturing plants to our office locations and everywhere in-between.Overview of the Role:The Accounting Coordinator is an integral member of the Plant Accounting team with direct responsibility for maintaining/monitoring payroll and security systems and other plant accounting duties as required.How you will make contributions that matter:

  • Provide support for the finance team in areas of plant accounting
  • Kronos administrator for the site including running reports and data analysis;
  • Production verification;
  • Assist with inventory control, analysis and reporting;
  • Create ad-hoc reports as required;
  • Ensure that all work is performed safely while following OH&S, WCB, and Company regulations and procedures;
  • Coordination with Procurement Coordinator;
  • Responsible for the Savance screening system and the fob security system;
  • Shipments of items as required;
  • Other duties as required.
You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications:
  • University degree in Business Administration or a College diploma in Business Administration with at least 2 years’ experience;
  • Good computer skills – Microsoft Word, Excel;
  • Multi-tasking, organizational skills
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills; demonstrated analytical organizational skills.
Physical demands and working environment:
  • The employee may be exposed to wet, hot, humid and cold temperatures, moving machinery including forklift traffic.
  • The employee is regularly required to work in an office, warehouse, and production environment.
  • Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), required in a warehouse and production environment.
