Report this information as requiredUtilization of daily production and warehouse information to track warehouse capacity daily, analyze inventory trends and initiate the appropriate actionResponsible for month end inventoryResponsible with inventory analysis, period end/cycle counting, fill rates and accuracyMaintain the Warehouse Management System (WMS), providing updates and communication as requiredEnsures consistent communication and information flow between shiftsResponsible to ensure that all the transactions/credits/ INT/ship-confirmation/returns etc. are accurate and completed dailyExecute Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) for the warehouseResponsible to keep up to date all new and discontinued products and Warehouse Management System locations and sequences in MaestroConsistently improving on processes to manage the day to day activities in a more efficient mannerFollow proper procedures for quality product control and ensure it is maintainedKnow location audits and the complete root cause analysisRoute and pick/receiving audits and reportingVarious duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONSThree or more years of inventory experience preferably within a food, beverage or consumer packaged goods environmentPost-secondary education in a related field (inventory, supply chain, materials management or business administration) is preferredProficient in computer applications including Microsoft word, excel, AS/400, (WMS)Warehouse management system and RF systems. Microsoft access is an assetStrong leadership, communication and critical thinking skill are a prerequisite.Demonstrate initiative and ability to get tasks completed in a timely mannerManage projects within deadlinesOur story began in Canada in 1954, when the Saputo familys hard work and dedication created a thriving dairy business.
