Our office is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will exhibit excellent interpersonal skills, detail orientated, the ability to multi task, follow through on assignments and be capable of working both independently and in a team setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with the various teams at Odanah. A successful candidate will be passionate about supporting our organization.Responsibilities:
  • Reception Duties
  • Data entry
  • Entering orders, time sheets etc
  • Invoicing
  • Fuel Reconciliation, Fuel cost saving projects
  • IFTA , Carbon Tax processes
  • Safety & Compliance Approved Program
  • Preventative Maintenance
  • Implementing new equipment into our systems
  • Cross train Customs process
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $18.00-$21.00 per hourBenefits:
