Be part of the fun @ T-Birds while you utilize your multi-talented skills in a fast-paced team environment. Your strong time management skills, interpersonal skills and attention to detail will ensure each shift your manage will run smoothly for both our customers and team. No two shifts are ever the same as an Operations Manager – you will be within every department during your shifts speaking with customers & jumping in as needed. This position is primarily evenings with a few day shifts in the mix. One year of supervisor or manager experience in a customer focued environmant is required.Applicants ideally will possess experience in the following areas:
  • Problem solving and critical thinking for team and customer focus results
  • Team supervision and support
  • Time management - shift planning
  • Cash balancing and handling large quantities of cash
  • Nightly inventory balancing
  • General office administration
  • Serving or bowling experience
Applicants must have the following knowledge:
  • Email
  • Microsoft office & excel
  • Point of sale
Applicants will be trained on specific programs used within the role. Smart Serve certiticate is required.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $37,000.00-$40,000.00 per yearBenefits:
