Come join our team as we offer an engaging work environment, competitive pay, a comprehensive benefits package (including pension plan), and we encourage a healthy work-life balance.Reporting to the Client Service Manager, the Regional Loan Specialist is responsible for providing a high level of personalized customer service to Manitoba producers within the northwest region of the province, covering the Dauphin, Swan River, Neepawa and Brandon service centres. The successful candidate will be a loan expert for the four service centre teams and will be responsible for administering MASC lending programs and services. This includes meetings with applicants to discuss proposals; analyzing and reviewing financial statements and the viability of farm operations; conducting farm visits and valuing land, buildings, livestock, equipment and other personal property for security purposes; investigating credit worthiness; and administering client accounts, including collections.MASC VALUES innovation, excellence, collaboration, and accountability.
