We look forward to hearing from you!What to ExpectThe primary objective of the Condominium Manager is to provide and oversee onsite services to one or a small group of condominium buildings (condominium corporations). The Condominium Manager is to take the lead of developing and maintaining client relationships, and overseeing all of the day-to-day activities within the corporation. The Condominium Manager works as a part of the operations team, and will have frequent contact with owners and residents, requiring courteous and friendly interactions, both in-person as well as electronically. The Condominium Manager role is a step in the direction of gaining the Senior Condominium manager title. Although with a few restrictions, the Condominium Manager will be able to make decisions on behalf of the condominium corporation with guidance from their Senior Condominium Manager. In this role the Condominium Manager will be assigned to a specific group of buildings where you will provide onsite services. The Condominium Manager will work closely with a group of Condominium Administrators who provide services to condominium buildings.Certification: CMRAO Limited License or General License will be required for this position.
