We are actively recruiting a Regional Systems Super User (ISSU) for the South East area. Must be available to travel to Brockville, Smiths Falls and Belleville Branches as needed with Kingston being the home branch.The Regional Information Systems Super User (ISSU), under the direction of the Area Director, manages the initial set up and maintenance of all branch electronic equiptment, including computers and mobile devices. The ISSU maintains accurate inventory of devices and assists employees with technical issues as required.ISSU Primary DutiesSet up and maintenance of all Bayshore issued computers and mobile devices for both field and administrative staffImprove operational systems, processes and policies, specifically reporting, Information flow, business processes and organizational planningMaintain accurate device inventory, Branch level IT support for field and office staff when requiredCollaborate in the implementation and maintenance of the office information systems and ensure the availability of local systems supportCoordinate dispersement, training and maintenance of all office equipment, computers and mobile devices as requested by the Area DirectorMonitor and update company website/pagesRun and save system back up reports weeklyCommunicate IS updates to all staff as requiredCommunicate IS interuptions and updates to all staff as requiredJob QualificationEducation: Successful completion of Computer Support Technician, technical support or equivalentExperience: Minimum 2 years in a realted fieldOther skills and Abilities:Exceptional Interpersonal skills and ability to handle difficult situation in an objective consistent format; ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must have the ability to meet deadlines; have a strong commitment to continued learning and attention to detail. Superior communication skills required in both written and spoken English. Flency in French considered an asset.
