Job Description

Our industry leading Volvo/Mack Heavy Truck Dealership is looking for a kind and positive individual to assist customers with the repair process. We are a family owned and operated company that values a comfortable work environment and team atmosphere.Tasks include: opening work orders, gathering information, making calls, and collecting payment. Responsibilities are, but not limited to:

  • Ascertains truck problems and services by listening to customer's description of symptoms; clarifying description of problems; conducting inspections; checking vehicle maintenance records; examining service schedules.
  • Verifies warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers; explaining provisions and exclusions.
  • Prepares repair orders (RO) by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required; obtaining approval signatures; entering RO into service database system.
  • Maintain customer rapport by explaining estimates and expected return of vehicle.
  • Decisiv Asist system experience is a plus
Training is available as some technical knowledge will be required to excel at the job; which is why wage is dependent on experience. Work hours are from 12 pm-8pm, Monday- Friday.Expected start date: 2021-04-26Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $35,057.00-$53,940.00 per year
