Job Description

Arnica Medical Pharmacy is looking for an highly organized, friendly, outgoing, customer service oriented, and motivated Registered Pharmacy Technician to join our team ASAP. We are a fun, hard-working, dedicated team of professionals hoping to bring someone in who can help us continue to grow and work smoothly and effectively.We are located in Burks Falls, Ontario (20 minutes north of Huntsville). We offer competitive wages based on experience and qualifications.The successful candidate must have experience working in a community pharmacy and must have excellent knowledge of Kroll dispensary software.Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring all prescriptions are filled promptly, accurately, as per legal requirements
  • Assisting with inventory management and placing orders
  • Tracking pharmacy supplies and re-ordering as necessary
  • Staying on top of balance owing and doctor call backs
  • Assist in blister pack scheduling, processing, filling
  • Overseeing outgoing and incoming deliveries
  • Communicate effectively with other pharmacy team members to ensure smooth operation and timely fulfillment of all prescription orders.
  • Handling cash and credit cards, and reconciling day-end
  • Lifting/moving heavy totes, boxes, etc.
Recommended Software Experience:
  • Kroll dispensary software
  • Microsoft Office
Licence:
  • Registered Pharmacy Technician (Required)
